Returning Unwanted Items
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return of an unwanted item, the item should be returned in a resaleable condition, with original packaging where possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@squishsquadfidgets.co.uk. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with details of our return address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note:
- Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

Returning Faulty Items
Sometimes, items can arrive damaged or may be faulty. If this happens, don’t worry! We’ll gladly provide a refund or exchange at no cost to you. Just reach out to us at info@squishsquadfidgets.co.uk.
We accept returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, are faulty, or develop a manufacturing defect. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with details and photographs where possible, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused after delivery, including but not limited to popped toys, splits, tears, or breakages resulting from use, misuse, overstretching, or excessive handling. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund or replacement.
Please note that sensory and squishy toys are consumable play products that naturally experience wear through normal use. Changes in appearance, softening, stretching, fading print, minor surface marks, or gradual deterioration resulting from regular play do not constitute a manufacturing fault. Each claim will be assessed individually, and we may request photographs or the return of the item for inspection.
To help prolong the life of your product, please avoid overstretching or handling your sensory toys too roughly.
Due to the gel or sugar-style fillings used in some products, firmness may vary depending on temperature. In warmer conditions, items may feel softer, while cooler temperatures may cause them to become firmer. This is a normal characteristic of the product and is beyond our control.
